Competition Rules:

– Complete the registration form.
– Each team consists of 5 members.
– Participants must bring their own materials and equipment.
– Decoration period: 21st – 24th October 2024, from 07:00 – 10:00 WIB or 20:00 – 23:00 WIB.
– Must comply with the requirements and follow the established schedule.
– Follow the instructions and placement from the Halloween Spooktober Fest committee.
